Developing Pathways to Housing Stability and Youth Holistic Wellness
Detroit, Michigan, The Motor City, is defined by its rich musical heritage, resilient spirit, and legacy of innovation. This vibrant city has left a lasting mark on the world, yet day to day, many of its youth still face critical challenges like housing instability and barriers to overall wellness.
Howard University Alternative Spring Break is proud to return to Detroit with a focus on Youth Holistic Wellness and Developing Pathways to Food Stability. Our work will include partnering with schools, early learning centers, and community organizations to provide mentorship, support food access initiatives, and create pathways to stability. Together, we're working to equip the next generation with the tools they need to thrive and build a brighter future for Detroit's youth.
