Developing Pathways to Housing Stability and Youth Empowerment

Louisville, Kentucky, is a city rich in culture, community spirit, and Southern hospitality. Louisville embodies a sense of pride in bringing people together and fostering connection. Nevertheless, beneath this strong community foundation, many families are navigating challenges related to housing stability, economic opportunity, and youth safety.

Howard University Alternative Spring Break is excited to serve in Louisville, focusing on Youth Empowerment and Developing Pathways to Housing Stability. We are committed to partnering with local organizations to mentor young people, support families working toward stable housing, and strengthen community resources. Through hands-on service, mentorship programs, and meaningful collaboration, we aim to support efforts that create safe spaces and expand opportunities for Louisville's community.
