Youth Justice Advocates

 

Mission

The mission of the Youth Justice Advocates (YJA) is to disrupt the school to prison pipeline through advocacy and education. The students advocate for reformed youth justice policies, conduct a conference on youth justice issues and provide education for the scholars at the DC Youth Services Center (YSC) using the curricula, One Decision Away and Building Better Dreams. 

Meetings & Membership

Meetings take place every Tuesday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the Carnegie Building. If you would like to join YJA, please contact us the Office of the Dean of the Chapel.  Stay up to date by following YJA on Instagram.
