Community Development and Education

Howard University Alternative Spring Break is pleased to announce its return to Philadelphia, a city it has been serving for over ten years. This year, we will continue our focus on the initiatives of Education and Community Development, providing vital support to local schools in their efforts to promote excellence among students in need.

During our stay in Philadelphia, we will collaborate with local schools, after-school programs, and nonprofit organizations to enhance youth empowerment and education. Through comprehensive service projects, mentorship opportunities, and collaborative engagements, we aim to create enriching environments where young individuals feel valued and heard.
